I’ve no clue if there is a relationship.

Silly me, I assumed that since SHarepoint stored the values in UTC (a fact which had me stumped for a while before when retrieving datetimes) it would require me to translate back to UTC when I build my CAML. Thanks again!

When users click a “Home” link they normally expect to be taken to a home page. The purpose of the Browse tab, however, is simply to hide the ribbon so the entire page can be browsed without the ribbon covering part of it up.
